I bought a microphone for myself (※T/N: before he did the performance), and I thought, "Is it alright? Is my voice really okay? What people would think about this?" and anxiety began to hit me. But after I performed, it was different than I first thought. I started learning music, practicing, it felt like I was practicing somekind of sports! (laughs).
That was how desperate I am at that time. So what happened?Īt that time, I really want to show to those guys who forced me into all that, and I thought, "I should show them I could do this!!". ーSo how do you feel when you first practiced the song? You said you're not really updated with songs back then and I believed you said you didn't have DVD player. It was SMAP's song, 'Sekai ni hitotsu dake no Hana" and WaT's song, 'Boku no Kimochi' ーBy the way, what was the song you performed back then? Then after that I feel obligated and since then I decided to continue singing. (After the event) That was the first time someone praised me like, "You're really good at singing!". Since then, I have been practicing playing acoustic guitar by myself. After all that happened, honestly that was my first time listening to songs.
I didn't want to do it but people around me said, "You don't have any choice, just do it".
